On 24th December, it was first day of silent week.Fiuh,finally after  studying for 4 months, I got a holiday for whole 2 weeks. Actually, it was not the real holiday.Because many assignments was given to us.  But  I still could enjoy my holiday.  On the first three days, I went nowhere. I didn’t know where I should go. So I decided to stay at home and helped my mother.

Next day, my high school’s mates invited me to join with them. They asked me to go around the town. We spent all day long together. We went mall to mall. We ate, watched movies, and shared everything. It was so fun and unforgettable moment. On the other days, I finally met my best friend. She was on her holiday in Bandung. She had arrived from Perth, Australia. I was so glad because we hadn’t meet for a long time.

2 days before new year’s eve, I went to Garut with my high school’s mates. We went there for only 4 days. We didn’t plan it before. We went there by riding motorcycle. Along the journey, I enjoyed every magnificent sight. When we arrived there, We stayed in a villa. It belongs to my friends. Garut has fresh and cool air.And its temperature is so cold.In Garut We went to many tourism objects, such as Cipanas, Situ Bagendit, Talaga Bodas Crater, Pameungpeuk Beach,etc. We celebrated new year’s eve outside the Villa with lightened up the fireworks and grilled corn and beef. On 2nd January 2009, we returned to Bandung. But we didn’t forget to buy popular traditional foods from Garut, dodol and ladu.

Days passed by, and it’s time to back to college. Actually I really hate it because I have to do all my assignments and submit them to my lectures. Meanwhile, I have to get ready for my final exam.But it’s ok with me. I had an unforgettable holiday in my life.

Feet is one of the most important parts of body, especially for women. Sometimes we ignore to take care of it. There are many troubles in our feet especially our heel. Distractions in our heel are caused by shoes. It can be caused by wrong shoes or high heels. To avoid something happen to our feet, Lets take care of our feet right now!

Here are some tips and steps to take care our heel.

First you can get a bucket of hot water, fill it with some liquid soap. Then put and soak your foot into it. Then brush your heel with a special brush softly. After that, clean your foot and dry it with towel. Next, add some special lotion( cuticle lotion ) to soft your cuticle in your nails. Then push in the cuticle with a special stick. For your attention, It should be done carefully and relaxed. Last but not least, clean the top of your toes and do some massages on your foot with baby lotion or foot cream.

Or maybe you can do another recipes. First provide a spoon of honey bee, a spoon of  olive oil, and  a teaspoon of lemon water. Next, mix all these things in a small bowl. Then wipe and brush it to your dry knee and heel. Then let it about 10 minutes. After that wash and clean it up with cold water and dry it with towel. Do and repeat this way at least once a week.

Eid Adh is one of moslem’s celebration days. Celebrated on 10 Dzulhijjah based on moslem’s calendar, It’s a time to sacrifice animals such as goat, sheep, camel, and cow. Eid Adh has something in common witg any moslem’s celebration days. But one important difference is its story. Eid Adh is celebrated to remember the story of Abraham who sacrificed his son, Ismail to prove his loyalty to Allah SWT. But when Abraham would sacrifice Ismail, Allah replaced Ismail with a sheep. That’s why all of moslems in the world are commanded by Allah SWT to sacrifice animals every Eid Adh. This event is done to show our faith to Allah and always obey all His commands. The commandment of sacrificial animals on Eid Adh is printed in The Holy Koran.

Eid Adh usually is used for family gathering. People are gathering in one place of their families and celebrate it together. They have their own tradition.In my family, we have a tradition. Our tradition is common like other people. In the morning, we usually wake up at 4 am. We prepare all the things for pray Ied. then at 6 am we go together to the field to pray, After that, We go back home and gather around with all my family. Meanwhile, in front of my house, people get around to see the sacrificial animal. Some people don’t like to see because they feel pity for the animal.

After  slaughtering the animal, the animal hang on the hanger to take out the meat. Then, some of its meat are divided to poor people and the other are cooked. Usually we cook sate or gulai. then we have a happy feast that time.

Located on famous and busy street in Bandung, Cihampelas Walk ( CiWalk) is one of the malls in Bandung. A unique concept mall, ciwalk offers all its visitors with a different style of shopping. It’s not only a shopping centre but also an entertainment and cozy hang out place.

And beside the building, they are 2 streets, young street and broadway and along that ways, there are many cafes and restaurants.In front of the building, There is a Union square. It usually uses for events or stage act performance which is held every weekend. Ciwalk is surrounded by many trees, and it makes the air fresh and cool. Many great view can we see, and sometimes people start to take picture of themselves. Ciwalk has many shops to visit. It provides all we need from head to toe.

By carrying tag of All in One family fun entertainment, Ciwalk is one of the most comprehensive malls in Bandung. From restaurants, cafes, footwear and clothing shops, accesories shops,etc. All of the shops sell their product with reliable price. Ciwalk also has a karaoke studio and a movie theatre with 8 big studios in the top of the floor.

Ciwalk had been built to attract thousand of visitors everyday, especailly for teenagers who wants to spend their saturday night. It’s fully equipped and crowded hang out place. And now, to make Ciwalk more complete and wider, the owner of Ciwalk decided to build Ciwalk Extension. Ciwalk is under renovation now. But it doesn’t distarct the visitors to visit. We can still enjoy every sight instead.

i want to tell about my favorite corner. yes, it’s my bedroom. everybody have their own room in their house. so, I want to show you about mine.

My room is not big but not too small. It has size is 4×4 meters and it’s a square room . Color of my wall is white only. It’s located on the second floor of my house. From the stairs, my room is at the right side. Just take look at this pictures below.

This is my door. And beside it, there’s a window. they are made from teak. And they have dark brown color. I’ll let you to look around my room inside.

This is my bed. On my bed, there are a pillow, a roll, and a blanket. My bed is covered by yellow sheet with animated cows. Although it’s small bed, but it’s comfortable for me. And I can sleep well every night.

From the left side of my door, there’s another window with the curtain.  We can see the view of the rice field from this window. It’s very cool, especially when I open it in the morning. I can feel the fresh air softly.

In front of my bed, there are a mirror and a clock. This mirror is a heritage from my grand mother. It’s very historical and little bit mystical. And beside it, there’s a clock. Actually the clock doesn’t work. I usually forget to change the battery. So it looks just like a decoration on my wall.

And beside the door, in front of the window, there are my stuff. They are a cupboard, a radio and mp4 player, a big audio amplifier, and also a blue guitar. On my cupboard, I put some of my books and there’s a speaker and the bed lamp. Actually, I have more stuffs, but I put it in another room. Because my room isn’t big and I don’t have enough space. So, I decided to put the important things.

That’s all about my favorite corner, my bedroom. I almost spend my days inside. Although it’s not big, but I feel so warm and comfortable.

First of all, let me introduce myself. My full name is Aninda Pradita Haryawan. You can call me Ninda. I was born in bandung March,12,1991. Yeah, sure i’m still young. I live in Bandung and this is my hometown. I was born, I grow up, I study and I do anything in this city. I graduated from 2 Senior High School which is located at Cihampelas Street in Bandung. This street is one of the most favourite place to visit in Bandung. And now I study at Indonesia University of Education or Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ( UPI ) which is located at Dr. Setiabudhi Street in Bandung. I take English Language and Literature as my major. Why I choose this University ? Because as i know and everybody knows, UPI is one of the best University in Indonesia and my major is the most higher passing grade in UPI. So, i decided to add this major on my list in SPMB. And Thank God, I was accepted in this University.

Now let’s talk about my family. My family is consists  of My father, my mother, my brother, and I. My Father is an employee and My Mother is a housewife. My Brother is a staff at a department in Bandung. He’s older 5 years than me. I’m second and the last child in my family. Althought I’m the littlest child, my parents never give me more attention or care, they always do fair things to us. My family is not rich but we are very happy and love each other. Communication, believe each other,and based on the religion are the key to be a happy family.

I have many hobbies. They are browsing on the internet, chatting, listening to the music, watching DVDs, and reading books. I love Browsing because it can connect us with another world’s part. Also we can make a friends with someone in other country, enlarge our knowledge that we didn’t find in book or from our teacher,and know the update news from another country. I usually visit my blog, friendster, facebook, google, yahoo, and youtube. Chatting is also fun. It can make us to chat with someone who we didn’t know yet before, and usually we can know them from their ID. I often use my yahho messenger and windows messenger live as my chatting application. Everybody loves music and so do I. I like all the genre of music, but I don’t like metal or emo. I have many idols from every kind of music. I love movie so much. I like drama romantic, comedy, and horror. But I don’t really like a colosal movie. In my spare time I also reading books. Books I usually read are novel, biography, comics, and ensiklopedia. My favourite food and beverage is pizza and oange juice. I like chocolate too, especially hot milk chocolate. Hmmmm,slurp yummy! Haha. My idols is our prophet Muhammad SAW and Mr. Barack Obama. When I was a kid, I was dreaming someday I want to be a doctor, because I want to help other people who needs my help. But as time goes by, I changed it. I want to be an ambassador. Because I like english and I want to study abroad to know other country culture. I hope my dreams can be true someday. AMIN
